The SIG-RAMSI Support Facility (SRSF) provides a unified approach to planning, technical and implementation support to the three Regional Assistance Mission to Solomon Islands (RAMSI) Pillars,
The goal of SRSF is:
To effectively and efficiently support the work of the RAMSI development programs in meeting the objectives of the SIG-RAMSI Partnership Framework.
The two objectives of the Facility are:
Objective 1: To provide a comprehensive and integrated suite of demand driven services to SIG-RAMSI programs, including support for planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation and an appropriate mechanism to implement/deliver the strategic framework or designs guiding the respective programs.
Objective 2: To support the SIG-RAMSI programs through the application of systems and practices that can share information, encourage transparency, provide reliable data in support of evidence based decision making, and assist in the realisation of Partnership Framework cross-cutting initiatives.
The SRSF web site is designed to be both a management and communication tool. It will give you access to useful Facility and Pillar information, insights into the forward plans, technical reports and other background materials.
It also provides an avenue for the SRSF to centralise its briefing materials and other operational information, so that it is freely available. The various local and international employment opportunities will also be kept updated.
